Mushtari Maintenance Services was established with the following objectives:

• To become a respected company that excels in the area of oil and gas, petrochemical and power plant maintenance
• To acquire the necessary skills and experience for our workforce to enable the company to offer excellent services to our clients. Our ongoing plan is to further develop and expose more local workers in the area of refinery, petrochemical and power plant maintenance
• To acquire the specialised equipment needed to perform refinery, petrochemical and power plant maintenance services so as to increase efficiency and safety for our workforce
• To maintain close working relationships with our clients in order for us to offer the best and timely services at the lowest possible cost

• To ensure quality of materials/services to customers are met with zero complaints
• To ensure timely delivery of materials/services to customers are as per the agreed delivery timelines
• To continuously improve customer satisfaction by conducting customer satisfaction surveys
• To improve Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Lost Work Incident Rate (LWIR) and Lost Work Severity Rate (LWSR) to below 0.5 for every  500,000 working hours targeted at zero accident or incident
• To maintain zero occupational health issues and zero minor environmental incidents in order to create safer working environment for employees, sub-contractors, visitors and customers
• To practise Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment (EAIA) and maintain the level of acceptable risk and impact at 4.5 and below
• To comply with all legal and other statutory requirements needed for the delivery of any materials/services
• To provide relevant training and education opportunities for employees to ensure their competency in Health Safety Environment (HSE) and overall scope of work
